Anacoco High School
Our small rural school has about 380 students in grades 7 through 12. Twenty-nine percent of the students receive lunches that are free or at reduced prices. Approximately twenty-three percent of the students reside with someone other than with parents, most live with grandparents. About a third of the students live in low socio-economic homes. Therefore, the school provides many of the students with wonderful social and cultural experiences.
Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Cross Country, Track & Field, and Golf are popular sports among Anacoco High School students with a record of several state championship honors in recent years.
